(the parent company of First Eagle Investment Management, LLC), 1345 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10105, USA, of voting rights in Roth & Rau AG, An der Baumschule 6-8, Wuestenbrand, 09337 Hohenstein, Germany, has decreased below the 3 percent threshold and that it currently is imputed to hold 2.97 percent of the voting rights in this company (480,888 out of the 16,207,045 outstanding voting shares). These voting rights are attributed to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 (I) sentence 2 and Section 22 (I) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities Trading Act.

Furthermore, First Eagle Investment Management, LLC, 1345 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10105, USA, hereby informs you pursuant to Sections 21 (1), 24 Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on June 8, 2011 our shareholding in Roth & Rau AG, An der Baumschule 6-8, Wuestenbrand, 09337 Hohenstein, Germany, has decreased below the 3 percent threshold and amounts to 2.97 percent of the voting rights (480,888 out of the 16,207,045 outstanding voting shares). These voting rights are attributed to us, a subsidiary of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc., pursuant to Section 22 (I) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities Trading Act.
