Nymex Future Handel auf CME Globex

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. announced today that it will migrate its after hours energy futures contracts from NYMEX ACCESS, the exchange's after-hours electronic trading system, to the CME Globex electronic trading platform, which operates virtually 24 hours each trading day, beginning on August 6 for trade date August 7.

The migration will include the physically delivered crude oil, natural gas, heating oil, gasoline and propane futures, as well as the platinum and palladium futures contracts, all of which will trade only prior to the opening and following the market close of the NYMEX floor.

Side by Side Trading of Physically Delivered Energy Futures Contracts on CME Globex®

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. announced that it will offer its physically delivered energy futures contracts on the CME Globex electronic trading platform during its regular open outcry trading hours, beginning on September 4 for trade date September 5. The contracts will trade side by side in conjunction with NYMEX trading floor hours, and they will be fungible with the floor-traded NYMEX energy contracts.

The contracts include the NYMEX crude oil (CL), natural gas (NG), heating oil (HO) and gasoline (HU, RB) futures contracts. The contracts on CME Globex will be listed for the full curve, or all months corresponding with the underlying full-sized futures contract and will be available for trading from 6:00 PM ET Sundays through 5:15 PM ET Fridays, with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM ET and 6:00 PM ET.

SUBJECT: Listing the NYMEX Russian Export Blend Crude Oil (REBCO) Futures Contract on CME Globex®

Beginning on Sunday evening, October 22 (for trade date October 23), the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will list the Russian Export Blend Crude Oil (REBCO) Futures Contract on the CME Globex® platform.

This new contract will feature physical delivery of REBCO on a Free on Board basis at the port of Primorsk, Russia on the Baltic Sea. The contract size shall be 1000 barrels denominated in U.S. dollars and cents per barrel. The last trading day will be three business days before the fifteenth calendar day prior to the first day of the delivery month.

The Exchange will list 72 consecutive months for the REBCO Futures Contract, under code RE, beginning with the January 2007 contract month. The contract will be listed for trading on the CME Globex® platform, and will also be available for EFP and EFS transactions on NYMEX ClearPort® on Monday through Friday 6:00 PM (New York time) until 5:15 PM (Monday’s trading session begins at 6:00 PM Sunday evening).

Title: NYMEX to Offer COMEX Metals Side by Side, miNYs Beginning on December 3

New York, N.Y., November 21, 2006 — The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. announced today that it will expand COMEX metals electronic trading to include side by side trading, COMEX miNYs, Asian metals, and London metals futures contracts on the CME Globex® electronic trading platform beginning on December 3 for trade date December 4.

NYMEX will migrate the COMEX gold, silver, copper and aluminum futures contracts, which currently trade after hours on the NYMEX ACCESS® electronic trading system to CME Globex. These contracts will also be offered on CME Globex during open outcry hours, trading virtually 24 hours a day.

NYMEX will launch COMEX miNY gold, silver, and copper futures contracts; Asian gold, platinum, and palladium futures contracts; and London primary aluminium, London SHG zinc, and London copper grade A futures contracts. In addition, NYMEX will offer calendar spreads for all of the above contracts.

As indicated in the current CBOT Transaction Fee Schedule, Level 1 through Level 4 Exchange transaction fees for full-sized and mini-sized Gold and Silver futures have been waived through June 30, 2007. (This fee waiver previously had been scheduled to expire on December 31, 2006.)

NYMEX To Introduce NYMEX iPORT(TM) Energy Index

(20.12.06) - The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. announced today that it will introduce NYMEX iPort, a suite of energy and metals index futures contracts.

NYMEX iPort products will allow investors to hedge in the NYMEX and COMEX markets using futures indexes. The index products will offer broad sector coverage in a single price and a single trading vehicle.

NYMEX iPort contracts will be available for trading on the NYMEX trading floor and the CME Globex® electronic trading platform and for clearing through NYMEX ClearPort® clearing.

NYMEX President and Chief Executive Officer James E. Newsome said, "NYMEX is pleased to launch this new brand of index portfolio contracts. We believe these contracts will serve as an additional risk management tool for our current customers and as an innovative way to enter the energy markets for new customers."
