Among Chicago's wheat speculators, net short positions are rising significantly. With a plus of 26,910 contracts in the last week of the report to now 110,875 net short positions, speculators clearly expressed their opinion. The pressure on the wheat courses in Chicago is increasing.
Also in the corn speculators in Chicago, the net short positions in the last week of the report increase enormously. A plus of 28,369 contracts brought 202,763 net short positions at the end of the reference week. This is the highest level for well over 3 years.
