For the first time in weeks, the net positions for the wheat in Chicago were again in the net short range. A minus of 26,291 contracts ultimately resulted in 14,101 net short positions. The wheat prices remained under pressure.
The contracts for the corn speculators in Chicago also fell in the buyer's warehouse. A minus of 17,517 contracts resulted in 67,127 net long positions at the end of the reporting week. Nevertheless, the courses in Chicago could easily recover.
