The European grain trade association Coceral appreciates the soft wheat production in the EU-28 to 144.8 million tons. Cereals were harvested in the EU-28 135.1 million tons last year. Coceral estimates the barley production stable at 59.6 million tons in the first Outlook on the upcoming crop.
