The US Department of Agriculture last night published the weekly assessments of soy and corn stocks. Among the soybeans, 61% of the stocks received the top rating "good to excellent", which is the same as the previous week. Analysts expected exactly this rating.
Soybean harvesting is 49% (previous week: 36%, previous year at the same time: 59%, 5-year average: 60%). Analysts also reckoned with the result.
