The soybean speculators in Chicago continue to stay away from clear speech. In the reporting week ended October 31, 2017, there was only a slight reduction in net long positions in the amount of 8,634 contracts. At the end of the reporting week, this resulted in 40,612 net long positions. The courses in Chicago were nevertheless able to recover slightly.
