Book of Commissions (Order Book)

Incoming buy and sell orders from the stock market are brought together in the book of commissions. Looking into the order book allows not only an assessment of the market depth but also conclusions about possible resistance or support price levels. In recent years the analysis of books of commissions has become increasingly difficult as many orders are placed only if a corresponding counter order in the book of commissions is available.
